These terms and conditions apply to all makeup services provided by Jemma Millar Makeup Artist. ABN: 32 716 180 018
Upon making a booking with Jemma, you agree to the following terms & conditions.

BOOKINGS:
Every appointment requires a 50% non-refundable deposit. Booking online does NOT secure your appointment.
Bookings can only be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance, and a maximum of 12 months in advance.
All bookings are held from Jemma Millar Makeup Artist Studio. Travel services are not available, unless for a bridal party or photoshoot.

DEPOSITS:
All makeup services provided by Jemma Millar Makeup Artist require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Once booking, deposit details will be forwarded to your chosen email. Payment must be made ASAP if not payed online.
If you do not pay the deposit for your tentative booking within 24 hours of your booking request, the booking may not be held for you, resulting in possible loss of appointment.
Deposits are NON-refundable & NON-transferrable.

PAYMENT:
Once the deposit has been transferred to the nominated account, an email with the proof of transaction is required to be sent to jemma.millar@hotmail.com
then to be confirmed once recieved.
If you do not email jemma.millar@hotmail.com with the screenshot of your payment receipt provided to your by your bank, your appointment may not be held.
The outstanding amount shall be paid in cash or card on the day of your event.

CANCELLATIONS:
If for any reason you can not attend your makeup appointment, please advise me & email me as soon as possible to successfully cancel your booking.
Please keep in mind your 50% deposit is non-refundable and also can not be transferred to future bookings..
Please also note that deposits are not transferrable to future bookings if one wishes to cancel an appointment.
There is a minimum 24 hours cancellation period for each appointment, if you can not make your appointment please advise me as soon as possible. If you do not advise me 24 hours prior to your booking you will be charged in full for your unattended appointment.

ALLERGIES/HEALTH/HYGIENE/SENSITIVITIES:
It is required to notify Jemma Millar Makeup Artist, prior to any scheduled appointments or trials, of any information relevant to allergies, health conditions, sicknesses/infections, skin conditions, medical and/or sensitivity issues.
This is to guarantee that any reactions are prevented.
Please note that any sicknesses/contagious infections i.e - common cold, conjunctivitis, cold sores, rashes, warts or the flu - makeup services can not and will not be performed under any circumstances with these conditions.
If you arrive and are coughing or showing signs of illness, you will politely be turned away as I can not run the risk of falling ill and having to cancel other bookings.
As it is the clients responsibility to notify Jemma Millar Makeup Artist about any sensitivities, illnesses or allergies, Jemma Millar Makeup Artist will not fall responsible for any reactions that in the unlikely event may possibly occur.
In no event will Jemma Millar Makeup Artist have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages however characterised for example: sensitive skin, sensitive eyes, eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, rosacea etc.
