Evie Lashes is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Standard and Express shipping options. If a package is considered lost or damaged please contact evielashes@gmail.com within 10 days from the last scanned date. 

 

Unclaimed Parcels/Incorrect Address

Please check carefully you have entered the correct shipping address.
If any goods are returned to us we will contact you to find out why.
However, if the goods need to be dispatched to an amended address you will be charged for the second dispatch.

Order Cancellation & Changes

All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to edited or changed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Your order will begin processing once you receive your order confirmation by email, at this point your order cannot be cancelled.
