Cancellation Policy

These terms and conditions apply to all makeup services provided by Jemma Millar Makeup Artist. ABN: 32 716 180 018 Upon making a booking with Jemma, you agree to the following terms & conditions listed on www.jemmamillarmakeupartist.com/terms-conditions *PLEASE KEEP IN MIND - If you need to cancel/reschedule due to COVID-19, unfortunately all bookings booked & confirmed after March 15th 2020, do resonate with my original T&C’s, and will not be able to be refunded/transferred to a different date. We thank you for your understanding here. *There is a minimum 24 hours cancellation period for each appointment. If you cannot for any reason attend your makeup appointment, please advise me & email me as soon as possible. If you do not contact me 24 hours prior to your booking - you will be charged in full for your unattended appointment. **Public Holidays & Sundays pricing will vary.
