These terms and conditions apply to all makeup services provided by Jemma Millar Makeup Artist. ABN: 32 716 180 018

Upon making a booking with Jemma, you agree to the following terms & conditions.


Every bridal party requires a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total quote amount to be paid via bank transfer or paypal within 4 weeks of any quotes given.

Date inquiries or any trials do NOT secure your wedding day. 

Bridal party bookings can only be taken a maximum of 12 months in advance. 2023 bridal parties are in high-demand and we do suggest booking sooner rather than later so you do not miss out on your special day!

Travel services are exclusively available for bridal parties of 6+ peoples ONLY. Any less peoples and the required amount of 6+ faces will still be charged & reflected in any quotes given (I will make you aware of this prior & suggest to book any additional family members/wedding guests to make up numbers).


All makeup services provided by Jemma Millar Makeup Artist require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Once booking, deposit details will be forwarded to your chosen email. Payment must be made within 30 days of any quote given. If you do not pay the 50% deposit for your tentative wedding booking within the 30 days of your quote given, Jemma Millar Makeup Artist reserves the right to offer the date times/appointments elsewhere. 

The deposit is under no circumstances refundable/transferable. Once the booking has been made & the deposit is taken, any cancellation or changes to the starting time or size of the bridal party will incur additional charges. If the booking is downsized after it has been confirmed, you will be charged the original price quoted to cover the loss of other bridal parties turned away for the same date.


Payment is to be made via bank transfer

Once the deposit has been transferred to the nominated account, an email with the proof of transaction is required to be sent to

then to be confirmed once received.

It is VERY important that you do email with the screenshot of your payment receipt provided to your by your bank for correspondence & booking references with any transactions.

The outstanding amount must be paid via bank transfer 14 days prior to your special day.


Due to weddings being in high demand a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to be paid within 4 weeks of quote given to secure every bridal party. If a trial isn’t booked within this time or a deposit hasn’t been paid within this time, unfortunately the date will no longer be pending for you resulting in possible loss of wedding date potentially being offered elsewhere to another bride.

Pricing is flat-rate. No group booking discounts.

Mobile/Travel services exclusively available for bridal parties ONLY.

Bridal services available for 6 peoples MINIMUM.

Flat rate traveling fee of $100 per 20km.

Travels exceeding 40km, charges for there and back will apply.

Additional parking charges may apply depending on location (CBD/Glenelg/etc.).

Trial makeup not included in price of any wedding quotes.

A trial makeup booking/appointment DOES NOT secure your wedding day. The 50% non-refundable deposit is required to be paid via paypal or bank transfer to secure your wedding day.

Trial makeup appointments available Tuesday-Friday ONLY. NO Saturdays as we need a full 90-120 minutes for our makeup trial & due to the high volume of clientele on weekends & time restrictions we can only offer trial runs during the weekdays (can offer after-hours weekday appointments if needed). Thank you for your understanding here.

Sundays and Public Holiday pricing will vary - additional $30pp.


If for any reason you need to cancel your bridal party booking, please advise me & email me as soon as possible to successfully cancel your booking.

Please keep in mind your 50% deposit is NON-refundable under any circumstances.
Please also note that deposits are NOT transferrable to any future bookings if one wishes to cancel an appointment.

1 year in advance cancellations/reschedules will be required to place a rebooking fee of 50% of the deposit, should you need to rebook your wedding in.

6 months - 10 days prior to the wedding cancellations will result in a loss of deposit & should you need to rebook, will be required to repay the full deposit as dates are held.

Any cancellations made less than 14 days prior the booking will be required to pay the full amount to cover loss of income. 


The only time T&Cs can be amended are if Jemma Millar Makeup Artist is forced to close business due to a state lockdown or the State Government ceases of all trading in the beauty industry.


It is required to notify Jemma Millar Makeup Artist, prior to any scheduled appointments or trials, of any information relevant to allergies, health conditions, sicknesses/infections, skin conditions, medical and/or sensitivity issues. 

This is to guarantee that any reactions are prevented.
Please note that any sicknesses/contagious infections i.e - common cold, conjunctivitis, coldsores, rashes, warts or the flu - makeup services can not and will not be performed under any circumstances with these conditions.

As it is the clients responsibility to notify Jemma Millar Makeup Artist about any sensitivities, illnesses or allergies, Jemma Millar Makeup Artist will not fall responsible for any reactions that in the unlikely event may possibly occur.

In no event will Jemma Millar Makeup Artist have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages however characterised for example: sensitive skin, sensitive eyes, eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, rosacea etc.
